today i made bread!!
an idea that for a long time i have had in my head!!
i come from a family of bakers...i thought it was time i tried too...
so i chose a recipe and gathered up the ingredients...now what do i do?? :D
i just began with no preconceived idea of the outcome this first time...
but i have to tell you that when i had my first bite the bread was simply sublime!!
oh yum!! i must say...so happy i tried this out!!
you too can do it...the minimal mixing and the long rise periods is what it's all about!!
i didn't take photos of the process but i attached the recipe below...
it is detailed with pictures and has so much information about dough!!
bread making now added to my weekly rotation around here...
and as of now i have overcome my long time bread making fear... :D
