every shade of every color hung on a sandwich board sign

"created by sam" it said and oh they were so very fine

all different types of expressions captured in nails and screws

hard to choose a favorite but decided on a big smiling blue

the wood pieces all shapes and sizes...made by this young boy

watching him there shy and helping me brought me so much joy!!

"his first sale" his mother said as she helped him with her beaming smile

felt such a warm nostalgia...and so thankful all the while

touched by this encounter...so happy i stopped to look

this was me many years ago...selling lemonade...a book

sewing projects...beaded jewelry and even the occasional bazaar

this young entrepreneur brought back memories...this shining star!!

and the hand stamped bag...and the help from sam himself

touched my heart...this young boy...oh wishing him a whole lot of wealth!!
