everyday eating...smoothies!!









so these smoothies of mine i am having everyday...
and the benefits are many is all i have to say!!
changing it up daily but always include a few...
yogurt and flax and granola...and servings for two!!
first i put in yogurt...a heaping spoon will do...
then add in frozen fruit...and a variety of fresh too...
i add lots of spinach and a couple of dates...
then blend it, add flax and what a yummy i create!!
pour into a vintage goblet, add granola and berries for fun...
a straw and a napkin...big big smile...smoothies!!...yum yum!!
i love my new vitamin and my delongi juicer...
