colorful cookies...

colorful creamy cookies...yum!


1 c salted butter
1 package 3 oz cream cheese
1 c sugar
1 egg yolk
1/2 t vanilla
2 1/2 c flour


preheat oven to 350


mix butter and cream cheese.  cream sugar into the butter and 
cream cheese mixture.  add flour, egg yolk and vanilla.  chill in 
fridge for at least 1 hour.  roll out very thin onto floured surface.  
cut cookies with desired cookie cutters and place on cookie sheet.  
bake until edges of cookies turn slightly brown...about 7-8 minutes.  


top with buttercream frosting.
