on the special easter day of new and light...

we discovered a particularly awesome sight...

we decided to venture to the vista house spot...

and inspiration!!  oh there was a lot!!

we started on the old highway 30...spectacular YES!!

and from crown point we traveled the beautiful and curvy rest...

we saw waterfalls along this path that were incredibly wow!!

the characteristics and lovely that really packed a pow!!

and for those of you that have not been

its a must see for all!!  where do i begin??

the mossy, the springy, the brightest chartreuse green...

magical!! moments...memory...natures beauty dream...

the rushing water and the misty mist...

can you just feel and imagine this??

and multnomah falls the most recognizable of all...

took our breath away that mystical fall!!

we then crossed the river at cascade locks

and traveled to skamania lodge...nestled in the rocks...

after dinner along highway 14 we traveled

and along the way the gorge simply unraveled

the water, the green, with darkness on it's way

now just a glimpse of crown point...oh we have had quite a day!!
