where symbolism, peace and harmony abound in every space...
the tranquility and transforming that seeps into your soul here
is a treasure with 8 gardens...each of them so rare and dear...
we happened upon a tour and oh so happy to know
all the history and the designing...if you can you too must go!!
the purposeful human scale plantings and the granite all throughout...
the many shades of green and the 50 types of moss is what it's about...
the tea house and the ceremony...the zig zag bridge over koi...
the water, the plantings and the lush just fills you with so much joy!!
so thankful for this journey and the way the garden did unfold...
traveling through this magic is a memory i will always hold!!
...so planning the mounding of moss in the white house garden now...
inspired forever by this place...so bringing it home the best we know how...
